3ngage has created a technical platform that that enables brands to create smart and interactive product experiences in 3D, VR or AR that can be easily integrated into a website or e-commerce site. Customers include Essity , Suunto , Simrad and SKF .
As more and more products are purchased digitally, there has been a growing demand for services that create a digital shopping experience for informed buying decisions without having to see or try the physical product. Today, many people visit a physical store in order to “touch and feel” before the purchase itself or complete the purchase to then return the product. For the customer this means a poorer customer experience, and for the retailer there will be costs for a physical space or returns. With 3ngage, a digital product experience is created where the customer can experience what the product looks like in its environment of use and how it is to be used. In addition, it creates relevant customer experience metrics that can be used to optimize marketing or make product improvements. With the help of the 3ngage digital product experience, the customer life cycle can be optimized from selling to instructing.
The business model is subscription-based and behind the service is Gothenburg-based company Spook AB, which has its technical development in Poland.
3ngage became a customer of Cooach just over a year ago when they were looking for a partner who could provide cost-effective business support for a growth company with operations and customers in multiple countries and in need of capital raising. In addition to assisting with accounting and financial reporting, Cooach has helped 3ngage with a successful capital raising that resulted in a 100% oversubscription. With this capital, 3ngage will now be able to significantly increase their growth rate through establishment in new markets and a continued development of the service. The plan is to raise another SEK 20-40 million in another year.
